Spring Forward

On Saturday night, or Sunday morning depending on your personal calendar, everyone will set their clocks ahead by one hour. While seeing the sun in the early evening hours is enjoyable, I wish we could do this without losing an hour of precious time. All that being said, we all know the time will change.

So what else should change at the same time? Batteries in smoke detectors, tossing out the holiday decorations (haven't they been up long enough?), cleaning out the closets and getting rid of anything that hasn't seen the light of day in two years, or the daily exercise routine.

The time change may shed a light on other things in our lives that we could change. Or we might just decide to not change a thing...until November 7 when we get the hour back.
