Jackson Welcomes Jeff Smith as Motorsports Marketing and Operations Director

Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events, a fully integrated marketing, communication and events agency, is pleased to announce that Jeff Smith has joined as Motorsports Marketing and Operations Director. In this role, Smith will be responsible for developing marketing, operations and event strategies – including activation programs – for Jackson’s key motorsports clients.

Most recently, he served as Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Marketing for the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), where he led multimillion-dollar marketing and activation initiatives for IMSA’s Official Corporate Partners.

Previously, Smith has held various positions at NEXTEL/Sprint – including his role as Senior Manager, Industry Services, Sports Marketing, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, where he provided strategic leadership and tactical delivery of marketing and business development initiatives and served as liaison between Sprint C-suite executive leaders, NASCAR and teams.

Smith is a graduate from George Mason University and holds a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
