Barbara has 22 years of experience in the agency world. She has a deep passion for helping people, which is much needed when you have 22 years of experience with ad agency people. (They're a little "different" than most folk.) She has experience in finance, business management, employee relations, employment law compliance, performance management, associate recruitment, onboarding and management of associate insurance and benefit programs. If you need her on the weekend, she’ll be on the water tubing and boating.
